The complex comprises three buildings, with the reception building discreetly shielded from the road for added privacy. Two wings of rooms run parallel, and the ground floor of one wing boasts a green roof, ensuring unhindered sea views from the second floor of the opposite wing.

Crafted as a boutique hotel, the architectural design, varied room types, and incorporation of water elements in selected rooms on both the ground and first floors contribute to a distinctive charm. Materials such as exposed concrete, white thermal plaster, and tropical wood dividers and pergolas add a touch of sophistication to the overall aesthetic. Construction is currently underway, promising a unique and inviting retreat upon completion.
